The gemara says anyone who instills excessive fear in the household "SOF HOO BA LIDEI 3 AVEIROT" eventually will come to violate 3 major sins gilu arayot, shefichut damim and chillul shabbos.Rashi explains shefichut damim as our case of pilegesh bigevah and a case where a wife might flee from her husband in panic of her husband and she will fall to her death "biachat hapitachim or migesher."
But why would he transgress shefichut damim he did not kill her! she from her own panic ran away and died.? Additionally, rashi explains the case of chillul shabbos where because of the emia yitaira the husband had on his wife she might cook for him or light a candle for him on shabbos, but here too this is her aveira not his! he is not violating chillul shabbos she is she did not have to light or cook1???
Why are these cases of a husband violating 3 major sins because of his eima yitaira?

The Munich manuscript and a number of other manuscripts omit the word Sof Hu Ba. Even according to our Girsa, "Hu" is referring to the situation, not the husband.
