Do chazal understand Totafot (Tefillin) as a head adornment from Totefet here in Shabbat or is it the other way around, i.e. they use 'Totefet' to describe a hair decoration from Tefillin?

The question is in which connection 'Totafot' appears in the Torah? Since the answer is in Parshas Bo and in Parshas Va'eschanan in connection with Tefilin, it is clear that the source of the word is in the Parshah of Tefilin, and the name of the ornament is derived from there.
