Rashi relates (bottom of page 1 - Insights) that Shlomo ha'Melech made 10 additional shulchanos both in the Heichal and near the Menorah. How could he add to instructions originally provided for just one table and one Menorah? The question goes further: was the building of the Bais haMikdash not constructed according to consise details as contained in the Oral Tradition?
Yes, the Beis ha'Mikdash was constructed according to concise details as contained in the Oral tradition. It was spoken by Hash-m to His prophet to make ten Shulchanos and Menoros (Melachim I:7:49) -- as well as to add two Keruvim in the Kodesh ha'Kadoshim etc., as the verse says, "ha'Kol b'Ksav mi'Yad Hash-m."
