See Rashi on 51b in regards to Hilchisa L'mashicha where Rashi seems to say that Moshiach will be the one to be Mechayeh Meisim. Is this a machlokes between Rashi and the Rambam who seems to say that nothing out of the teva will occur with Bias HaMoshiach except no more Shibud Malchiyos. Are there other shitos that hold like this Rashi?

I could not find any hint of Rashi's Shitag regarding this question on Daf 51b. As a result, I considered that perhaps there may be a slight misunderstanding of Rashi involved. When Rashi states that "Yashuvu Dalet Misos Beis Din li'Mekoman," he does not mean people that were killed by Beis Din will return, but that rather the process of capital punishment will return to its place. If this doesn't help, please send me some more specifics about the question.
