The Kollel replies:
The Divrei Eliyahu (Maseches Sotah) quotes a Sefer (from 1910) that claims "it is said in the name of the Vilna Gaon" that the word "Ana" does not refer to Rav Yosef (the one who made the statement) but to an Amora by the name of Rav Ana, who is mentioned in the Yerushalmi a number of times.
Presumably, Rav Nachman was discussing the same Rav Ana.
