The gemara made a distinction between an erusa and a nesua getting remarried within 3 months. Most deot said a n'suah should wait 3 months but an arusa wouldn't be pregnant so shouldn't have to.
Didn't we learn elsewhere (I forgot where) that in Yehuda the chattan and kallah had relations in the Father-in-Laws house after erusin before n'suin? Those in the Galil did not. If that's so those in yehuda should have to wait three months either way. Was this just a brief period in history?
The end of the Mishnah on this Daf says, in the name of Rebbi Yehudah, that Arusos may remarry except those in Yehudah, because of the fear which you mention, and which is quoted by Rashi (DH Chutz) who refers to the Gemara in Kesuvos (12a). Rebbi Yosi is not arguing with Rebbi Yehudah in that point, as Rashi (DH Kol ha'Nashim) says.
