"Tuvel, Hersh" asked:
this was like a reprimand to Moshe but what did Moshe do wrong? Moshe could not have known what Hash-m commanded him next , so why the reprimand?
The Kollel replies:
The Ramban writes in Chumash that since Hash-m had already told him that he would destroy the Mitzrim, although he did not know what to do he should have merely asked Hash-m what to do next rather than being Tzo'ek, crying out, in prayer.
