 DAF DISCUSSIONS - MAKOS 21
1. Benzi asks:

The gemara says that a siman to remember what R' Malkio says is Masnisa Malkasa, and rashi explains in the beginning of DH Masnisa that the siman is because Masnisa and Malkasa are both a Lashon Nekeivah. My question is that how is this a siman, but isn't the word Shematsa also a Lashon Nekeivah?

Benzi , London

2. The Kollel replies:

Sholom Rav.

Good point.

I think that we have to add that 'Masnisa Malk'sa' rolls off the tongue more than 'Shematsa Malkesa' - even though Rashi does not say so.
