If this Inyan is returned to later in the blot or in a few blot my apologies.
Rebbi Meir makes a condition that he can't do Yiud his condition of sale has ground.
Seems to be a stirah with Rav Meir ergo.. Amar Chizkiyah "Amah"
On 20 Alef: Rav Meir is maskim with Rav Eliezer Hycanus in terms of psulim but doesn't use AMA
There's difficulty in me understanding this. Rav Meir holds like a Tana on 18 B you can't sell to kerovim.
How is Rav Meir understood? Per Chizkiyah there's no tenai against ma shekasuv because of "AMA"
Now Rav Eliezer is only pasul per Rashi the koneh doesn't wish to do Yiud because it's a lav (entire separate question of Asei Doche lo tassel)
Rav Meir 's condition is irrelevant if the new Adon is a kasher or a pasul!
So why would he be machmir by krovim? The braisah on 18B insists there has to be a possibility of Yiud.
Rav Meir robs the ability from a Kasher- per Chizkiyah based on Amah.
If it's Amah the ability for Yiud isn't doche the fact that she's primarily an Amah.
If you can clarify if there's a difference between a t'nai and an innate isur I'd be pouring with hakaras ha Tov

Shalom R' Avraham,
Thank you for this interesting question. If I understand you correctly, you are saying that after we learn from the Posuk "Ama" that a father can sell his daughter to be an "Ama" without Yiud, why is it that he cannot sell his daughter to Krovim, as an Ama without Yiud.
I would think, that the Posuk can teach us that there is a different form of selling a daughter, which does not include the Parsha of Yiud. As long as the father uses the regular route of selling his daughter including Yiud, we can clarify if in a case the Yiud is forbidden if he still can use the regular route.
Your question is, what happens if a father sells his daughter to a Karov, but makes a Tnai that the selling is only for working and not for Yiud.
I talked to three Talmidei Chachamim, and all said that they have a feeling that even with a Tnai, a father cannot sell his daughter to Krovim. Only if Yiud is possible, you can then preform the secondary kind of Yiud without a Tnai. I don't have a clear source for this, but it seemed to be a consensus to all those I asked for their opinion.
Thank you again for this interesting question.
