1)It says on Daf B. that our Tana follows Sanhedrin, but in our Shas Bavli it comes after Avodah Zara?
2)On Daf B: it speaks about
"25a) [line 34] NE'EMAR HASHASAH (L'MATAH) [L'MA'ALAH] - [with regard to the payment for causing a woman to miscarry] the verse (Shemos 21:22) states a form of the word Hashasah ("Ka'asher Yashis Alav Ba'al ha'Ishah,") above (for the change in the Girsa, see BACH #2 and RASHI)
b) [line 34] NE'EMAR HASHASAH (L'MA'ALAH) [L'MATAH] - [with regard to Kofer] the verse (Shemos 21:30) states a form of the word Hashasah ("Im Kofer Yushas Alav,") below"
Is this a Gezairas Shovah? and if it is what does Rabbi Yishmael do with it? and if your going to say that he did't recieve that Gezairas Shovah in his tradition, why doesn't the Gemarah discuss this like most Sugyos?

1) I'm not sure why it comes in your Shas after Avodah Zara. The Ramabm in his introduction to Peirush haMishnayos states that Makos comes after Sanhedrin and before Shavuos, just as our gemara says.
2) This seems to be a gezeirah shavah. The Gemara does not always follow thru with the question "What does the other Tana/Amora do with the gezeirah shovah". If the answer to this question is the basic rule that he didn't receive that Gezairas Shovah in his tradition, then there is no need to always go thru and mention it.
