The gemara asks v'Akati l'Hachi Hu d'Asa, Ha'Hu Miba'i Leih l'Tamei she'Achal Bsar Kodesh Lifnei Zerikas Damim. So my question is that gemara has so far learnt 2 things out from b'Chol Kodesh Lo Siga, one that it's a warning regarding eating Kodesh and two it's a warning regarding touching kodesh.
So now when the gemara asks v'Akati l'Hachi Hu d'Asa, Ha'Hu on what is the gemara asking on, is it asking why do we need the warning regarding eating Kodesh or why do we need the warning regarding touching kodesh? and from where do u see this from the gemara what it's regarding?

The Gemara is not asking why do we need the warning regarding eating kodesh, or why do we need the warning regarding touching kodesh. The Gemara is asking how do we know at all that there is such a warning against eating or touching kodesh?! The Gemara is asking that possibly áëì ÷åãù ìà úâò only teaches us that a Tamei may not eat kodesh before the blood is sprinkled. Since we learn that Resh Lakish states that he derives the latter din from áëì ÷åãù ìà úâò the Gemara asks that we cannot now use that verse to teach us the other 2 Halachos that Resh Lakish said; that it is forbidden for a Tamei to touch kodesh food and to eat kodesh food at any time

I will just add briefly that the main purpose of the Gemara is to establish what the verse b'Chol Kodesh Lo Siga teaches us. We see this from the fact that the Gemara asks "But one still needs this verse to teach about a tamei who ate the holy meat before the blood was sprinkled?!". This suggests that the Gemara's chief aim was to explain this verse.
