how could the braisa of r hamnuna say that you can write seforim in any language when we learned that in those days it was assur to write seforim in other languages?

Shalom,
The Mishnah in Ta'anis (8b) cites a dispute between the Chachamim, who permit Sefarim to be written in any language, and Raban Shimon ben Gamliel, who require it to be written in either Lashon ha'Kodesh or ancient Greek.
I hope that this solves your problem.
Be'Virchas Kol Tuv,
