in this daf the gemarah seems to take for granted that a husband inherits his wife and that is proven from a posuk, but in bechorot daf 52b their is a machlokes and in fact only the rabbanan opine that he inherits min hatorah but rabbi eliezer says that it is only miderabbanan. could u please tell me where else this machlokes is found and why rebbi eliezer says that it may be derabbanan?

The discussion may be found in Kesubos 83b-84a as well. The Rambam (Hilchos Ishus 12:3) rules that it is d'Rabanan. The Ra'avad there argues.
