1)If a shomeres yevama is with another man, is she forbidden to her yavam?
2) if so, does she return to the status of aishes ach, and would a child by her yavam be a mamzer (even though for others since it's a lav not kares the baby wouldn't be)?

The Kollel replies:
1) The Shulchan Aruch Even Ha'Ezer 159:3 writes that if a shomeres yavam was with another man she does not become forbidden to her yavam.
2) According to this, the second question does not apply.
