Rabbi Yochanan ben Avtolmos argues that, since in Vayikra 13 it uses the words karachat and gabachat both with regard to human leporesy and clothing leporesy, we can derive that clothing leporesy that spreads accross the entire garment is considered tahor. But Vayikra 13:42 says that the man is tamei. How does Rabbi Yochanan ben Avtolmos' reasoning work?
Thank you.

Sholom Rav,
I don't understand your question, since there is nothing in the Pasuk you quote to suggest that it is speaking about a case where the Tzara'as has spread to the entire body.
Please clarify.
