The Gemara says that no one is to be spared destruction in the discussion between Hash-m and Michoel. In the quoted sentences in the Novi Yechezkel however, it say that the righteous specifically were saved. This is an obvious contradiction. How do you resolve this?

Tosfos Yeshanim here, based on the Gemara on Daf 55a, explains that the Tzadikim were to be saved until it was decided that they deserve punishment for not rebuking the wicked. The Navi is talking about the earlier stage. See Shabbos 55a at length. See also Rashi to Yechezkel 9:6 who says the same thing.
