The gemara, quoting Rav Yehuda in the Mishna says that Rav Yehuda holds that that he may keep his wife for 1 day. The gemara states "veha'Tenan, Rebbi Yehudah Omer b'Yisrael Yom Echad Yekayim."

However, in the summary, the following is written about Rabbi Yehuda, referencing his ruling concerning the first case in the Mishna, rather than the case the gemara is presently referring to:

"1. (Mishnah - R. Yehudah): A Yisrael keeps his wife for one month. (Past this, he must divorce her and pay a Kesuvah.)"
