Rashi (Shabbos 20a, Avodah Zarah 38a) simply tells us that he was a robber, and used to eat his food only partially cooked (presumably because he was always on the run).
A Rebbi Drusa'i is mentioned in the Midrash (Shemos Raba 35 and 43), describing the lifestyles of the rich and famous. In Yerushalmi Sanhedrin 7:13 he demonstrates expertise in witchcraft. But I doubt that he was related to the ben Derusa'i of Maseches Shabbos.
