The talmud here quotes the Mishna on 24A that a woman whose husband has annulled her vow of Neziruth and she had already sanctified an animal to be her Hatat - the Hatat has the designation of a Hatat whose owner has died. Why not the designation of a Hatat who has already had Kapara?
The Kollel replies:
I don't quite understand your question. She did not have Kaparah; however, like one who died she no longer needs Kaparah.
