Rav nachman explains that the nebircat cobsin in our mishnah was talking about machmatzan which is a more acidic damage of habla not matuna. And then later on the gemara explains that the reisha and seifa are talking about 2 different damages, the reisha js matuna and seifa is hablah. My question is if machmatzan is a more acidic damage of hablah than how come its in the reisha of mishnah it really belongs in seifa?

Shalom Aleichem,
I appreciate your keen attention to detail and your thoughtful approach to understanding the placement of each law in the Mishnah.
The Gemara's explanation seems to indicate a structured distinction: damages resulting from moisture are categorized in the Reisha, while those caused by heat are placed in the Seifa. Accordingly, the launderer's pool and the pit, which involve moisture-related damage, are appropriately listed in the Reisha, whereas the olive refuse and manure, which cause heat-related damage, belong in the Seifa.

But isn't machmatzan a heat damage which our nivrechet kobsin is interperted as so it still belongs in seifa
Well, we see that Rashi DH (Min ha'Michamtzan) explains that it is a soaking pool. So it belongs among the moisture-related damages.
Warmly,
