Hello there and thanks for your inquiry. The Shulchan Aruch 630:9 rules in accordance with the Tana Kama that the bottom of a Mechitzah must reach within three Tefachim of the ground. The Mechitzah together with the space between it and the ground should total ten Tefachim. (If the Sukah is of minimum height it can reach to within three Tefachim of the Sechach.)
