According to Reish Lakish that holds the tzoraas period is separate from the nazirus period, would the nazir metzorah be allowed to drink wine?

Shalom Menachem,
Very good question! There is another Machlokes in the Yerushalmi (Nazir 8:1). It is well known that the hair of the Nazir is Asur b'Hana'ah. What about his hair in the time he is a Metzora? Rebbi Yochanan says that the hair is still Asur b'Hana'ah, while Resh Lakish says the hair is Mutar, since the Nazir is not considered a Nazir at this time.
The Or Same'ach (end of Hilchos Nezirus) wants to claim that both Machlokos are actually the same. Resh Lakish's opinion is that in the days of the Tzara'as, he is not a Nazir at all, and that is why the Tum'ah does not contradict the Nezirus.
According to this, I would say that the same goes for other Isurim of the Nazir, and he would be permitted to drink wine.
