The Gemara mentions the time certain people eat. The Ludim, the first hour of the day,the Listim, the second hour, Yorshin the third,Poalin the fourth, Talmedai Chachomim, the fifth, and Maachol Kol Adam the sixth. Who is left to be considered Kol Adam?

Kol Adam are people who work for their living independently, such as farmers, merchants, craftsmen, doctors, etc. Po'alim work for others and therefore push off their mealtime. Full-time Torah learners also delay until the latest efficient time.
All the best,
