It seems that 2nd column is more strict than 3rd col. since it involves "mechuber lekarka" (see for example, the top row where 2nd col. it's "assur" but 3rd col. is "mutar". If that's true, then why in 2nd row are the "chachamim" more lenient in the 2nd col. and machmir in the 3rd col.
Isn't an avodah that involves mechubar lekarka more of a problem than something that is detached from the karka?

I agree that assuming the case of Mechubar l'Karka is identical to the case of Talush meiha'Karka, the Chachamim would certainly agree it is permitted.
