Ta'anas Damim is usually a better claim: "Pesach Pasu'ach" can be claimed by the husband by mistake. "Ta'anas Damim" is a clearcut claim. On the other hand, there are women for whom the claim of "Ta'anas Damim" does not apply.
Start with Rashi and Tosefos at the top of 9a and Tosfos at the end of 9b.
