If the Edei Stirah gave a valid Hatra'ah To the Sotah and Noef before they secluded themselves and there was no Edei Tumah and the Sotah claimed she was innocent, does she drink the Mei Sotah)?
In other words does a Hatra'ah by the Edei Stirah change anything?

In order to drink, the warning must be made by the husband (afterwards it makes no difference if the Eidei Stirah also warn).
