1) In Daf 4a Tos D"H Possak says V,YESH SHE EIN OIMRIM KE,SHEM what does Tosfos mean KE,SHEM where does he get it from..
2) In Daf 5a Rashi D"H AKATI says SHE,KOVUA LOHEM Z,MAN KOVUA BE,NEDORIM does Rashi mean Nedorim ie when 1 makes a Neder or a Geder of a Neder or does Rashi mean in Maseches Nedorim and if so which Daf
1. Evidently, Tosfos is coming to negate a text which reads along the lines of 'Ta'aseh Lanu Nisim v'Nifla'os, ke'Shem she'Asisa la'Avoseinu ... ', turning the prayer into a request, which is unacceptable for the reason that he goes on to give.
2. The Hagahos v'Tziyunim (in the Oz ve'Hadar edition) explains that Rashi is referring to the fact that they accepted the times by means of a Neder, and that is why it is considered 'Lo Mata Zemano' (though I don't see why the reason makes a difference). However, he then refers to Rashi on the Rif, who gives a lengthy explanation of 'Zman Atzei Kohanim' without saying a word about Nedarim.
In addition, the Gemara in the last Perek of Ta'anis, writes that the various families donated the wood at the given times, and that the Chachamim subsequently allowed them the privilege of donating it each year on the same date.
Consequently, I would suggest that the word is a printing error, and should be omitted.
