In the perush of "M. Kornfeld" it's writed:
"Since it is possible that the daughter is the one who accepts the Kesef or Shtar, the Gemara cannot be saying that the father has the ability to give his daughter to a Menuval in exchange for being Mekadesh her with Kidushei Kesef or Shtar, because even though the father agrees to the Kidushin, if his daughter refuses to accept (and make a Kinyan on) the Kesef or Shtar the Kidushin cannot take effect." - the question is: where we know that's necessary to the daughter accept ? If the father accept the money then isn't the kidushin completed ? That's right that to swerve the kushia: "v'Hi ha'Nosenes" (see Tosfos DH v'Chi Teima and Tosfos Kesuvos 40 DB d'Iy) it's a good answer but where do we know that she needs to agree ?

I think that is a good question, as the Ritva (5a, DH "Kesef Nami") understands that it is a given that a person can be Mekadesh his daughter who is a Na'arah Ba'al Korchah, using Kesef.
On the other hand, the question is on Rashi, and Rabbi Kornfeld's Chidush could answer the Ritva's question.
