Why does it say "Ki Sham Beiso"?

1.

Radak: People from places that Shmuel did not go to, they came to his house for judgment.

2.

Radak citing Brachos 10b: Wherever Shmuel went, "Sham Beiso" (he took his bed with him), for he did not want to benefit from others.
