What is the difference between "Me'eirah" and "Mehumah"?

Rashi: They are 'lacking' (shortcoming) and 'loud noises that confuse', respectively.

Targum Yonason: They are 'a curse on your money and confusion that disturbsyour peace' respectively.

Ibn Ezra: "Mehumah" is inability to complete the act that one began.

What is the meaning of "Mig'eres"?

1.

Bechor Shor #1: It means that everyone will show his displeasure with you and keep you at a distance.

2.

Bechor Shor #2: It is opposition that stops grain from growing.

3.

Ibn Ezra: It means not enjoying the work of one's hands - because one's hard work is followed by worry (that his efforts may prove to be in vain).

4.

Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: It means 'a storm'. 1
