Why does the Torah insert the word "Sei" both by "Kevasim" and by "Izim"?


Targum Yonasan: To preclude the children of non-Kasher animals and Kil'ayim, 1 respectively.


The product of two different species, whose father, for example, is a sheep and whose mother is a goat, or vice-versa.
