Why does the Torah repeat the La'av of Hasavas Nachalah

Bava Basra, 113a: The current Pasuk is refrerring to Hasavah via her husband 1 - who, as opposed to her son, is called "Acher", whereas Pasuk 7 must therefore be referring to Hasavah via her son. 2
