Why does the Torah add the 'Hei' in "ha'Teme'im"?

Though from the word "Eileh" we learn that it only pertains to the five in the previous Pasuk (with the exception of the Tinshemes (the mole, since it is thick-skinned) and not to the three in Pasuk 29. (See Torah Temimah).
