Only the previous Korbanos were all Kodshei Kodshim which could only be eaten in the Azarah; 1 as opposed to the Shelamim, which were Kodshim Kalim and which could therefore be eaten anywhere within Machaneh Yisrael, and which therefore required a warning to eat them in a Tahor location within the camp.
