What is the meaning of "b'Azecha Yismach Melech"?

1.

Radak: With the Oz (strength) that You give to him (he rejoices). Also uvi'Yshu'asecha [is with the salvation that You give to him].

2.

Malbim: A king does not rejoice over another king's strength, but he rejoices over Your strength. Similarly, he does not rejoice if he is saved via another king, for this shows that he himself is weak. However, he rejoices greatly over Your salvation!
