What is the meaning of "Lo Yikon l'Neged Einai"?

1.

Radak: I cannot [bear to] see him. All the more so he will not dwell in my house!

2.

Mesilas Yesharim (Perek 23): If one wants to acquire a friend, advisor or overseer on his house, he must be careful and investigate his deeds, more than he must check his food and drink. Food and drink can harm only the body, but friends and overseers can ruin one's Nefesh, property and all his honor.
