Why do they need to be Metaher the Mizbe'ach?

Radak explained that these Korbanos will be in Bayis Shelishi. Above (14), he said that after four Amos of height, the Mizbe'ach widens. This was not in Bayis Sheni; the Mizbe'ach in Bayis Shelishi will be different. When was it in the hands of Goyim? (PF)

What is the meaning of "u'Mil'u Yadav"?

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: They will offer its [the Mizbe'ach's] Korbanos. So Onkelos translated "u'Mileisa Yad Aharon v'Yad Banav" (Shemos 29:9) and similar verses.

Radak: The hands of the Kohen who offers, his hands will be full of the sections of the Korban.

Malbim: The Olah is Metaher the Mizbe'ach and fills its hand. The Par on the first day did not, for it was burned outside the Machaneh [and not on the Mizbe'ach].

It is written Yado, and we pronounce it Yadav?

Radak: Many words are written lacking the Yud for the plural. This does not change the meaning.
