Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: You became very wealthy and powerful, and overcame and ruled over all kingdoms. Radak ? this will be at the time of Malchus Beis David (Malbim ? in the days of David and Shlomo).

Rashi: Va'Tifi is an expression of beauty. Radak ? the root is Yafeh. The first and last letters of the root are silent.
