1)

Why does it say here "v'Yeser Divrei Shlomo? Kesuvim Al Sefer Divrei Shlomo", and in Divrei ha'Yamim II, 9:29 it says "u'She'ar Divrei Shlomo? Kesuvim Al Divrei Nasan ha'Navi?"?

1.

Malbim: Nosar (or Yeser) implies that it remained automatically. There was no adamancy about his Chulin matters; what was not written in Melachim is in his chronicles. Divrei ha'Yamim discusses his Kodesh matters. Nish'ar is left over intentionally; they were not written here, because Nevi'im made special Seforim from them.

2)

What was Nasan's Nevu'ah about Shlomo?

1.

'Rashi': "Va'Yhi Devar Hashem El Nasan? Hu Yivneh Bayis Lishmi?", "va'Yishlach b'Yad Nasan ha'Navi va'Yikra Es Shmo Yedidyah" (Shmuel II, 7:4-15, 12;25).

3)

What was Achiyah ha'Shiloni's Nevu'ah about Shlomo?

1.

'Rashi': [Most of] the kingdom will be torn from Shlomo and given to Yaravam (Melachim I, 11:31).
