What is the difference between Tzar and Oyev?

1.

Malbim: A Tzar actually does evil, even if he does not hate, if it benefits him. An Oyev hates in his heart - this is harsher. The Oyev conquered and exiled them, without need.

2)

The previous verse said "va'Yatzeru". Why does it say here "va'Yirdu Vahem"?

1.

Malbim: Va'Yirdu is harsher.

3)

What is the meaning of "va'Yiz'akucha"?

1.

Ibn Ezra: They screamed to You.

4)

The previous verse said "v'Yoshi'em". Why does it say here "v'Satzilem"?

1.

Malbim: Teshu'ah is a total salvation - they defeated the enemy, e.g. via Ehud and Devorah. Later they received only Hatzalah - the enemy could not eradicate them. This is why above it said "Your great mercy", and here only "You mercy."

5)
