What is the meaning of "Eini Da'avah"?

Radak: This is like "Da'avon Nefesh" (Devarim 28:65). It is as if my eyes finished due to my affliction, and my eye longs to You until it finished.

Malbim: Even though I no longer see people on the land, I see the affliction that afflicts me; it distresses me.
