Why does it say "Ki Einenu Yode'a Mah Yihyeh"?
Rashi: When a Rasha sins, he does not put to his heart that Hashem will bring him to Mishpat, and woe to him for this!
Ibn Ezra: He does not know will be, and [even if] he knows, this is in general, or based on his experience.
Rashbam: He does not know what judgment will be against him in the end.
Ri Kara: Man does not know what they decree on him from above.
Rid: Man does not know what will come upon him.
Seforno: Sometimes man does an action that causes a sin, and he does not know. Hashem's Mitzvah comes before to guard him from it, e.g. "v'Lo Sischaten Bam", "v'Lo Yarbeh Lo Nashim 1 " (Devarim 7:3, 17:17) and other Mitzvos.
Metzudas David: At the beginning of man's thought, he cannot know what will be at the end, at the time of judgment.
For these Mitzvos, the Torah warns that doing so will lead his son-in-law to veer his grandchild from Hashem, or his wives will veer his heart. (PF)
Why does it say "Ki Ka'asher Yihyeh Mi Yagid Lo"?
Rashi: When the punishment will come, who can tell him a counsel [to evade it]?
Ibn Ezra: Who can tell him the details of what will be?!
Rashbam: No one can tell him what his verdict will be in the end? "Ki l'Chol Chefetz Es" (6), "v'Es l'Chol Chefetz Tachas ha'Shamayim" (3:1).
Ri Kara: No one can tell him what will come upon him - good or evil. Therefore, he should be careful not to sin, and anticipate good, and not sin and anticipate evil, if he does a sin with Misah bi'Ydei Shamayim 1 .
Rid: Who will tell man the evil that will befall him, before it comes!?
Seforno: When the ruin begins, who can tell him what will result, so he can guard from it in the future?!
Metzudas David: Even if at the beginning man will understand what will be at the end, this is in general, but who can tell him the details that will be? He can know this only after great deep thought.
Why did he specify Misah bi'Ydei Shamayim? Even Aveiros without this, one who sins, evil will come upon him! (PF)
