Why, throughout Parshas Pikudei and Tzav, does the Torah repeat the phrase "Ka'asher Tzivah Hashem es Moshe"?

1.

Oznayim la'Torah: Having omitted Moshe's name in the whole of Parshas Tetzaveh in keeping with his own self-curse, Hashem took into into account that he issued that curse in order to save Yisrael from extinction. He therefore complemented the deficiency (of Moshe's name in Tetzaveh), by adding "Ka'asher Tzivah Hashem es Moshe" by every command that Moshe issued to Betzalel (in Parshas Pikudei) 1 and by every item when it was actually carried out (in Parshas Tzav) 2 .
