What is the meaning of "v'Hagisi b'Chol Pa'alecha"?

1.

Rashi: [I thought about] acts that Hashem already did for us.

2.

Radak: I remembered His deeds, and talked about them to console people. "B'Chol" includes awesome acts in Egypt and Keri'as Yam Suf, and acts at Ma'amad Har Sinai and in the Midbar.

3.

Malbim: [I thought about] actions done via nature.

Why does it say also "uva'Alilosecha Asichah"?

1.

Radak: The matter is repeated in different words.

2.

Malbim: I will talk about and investigate Your Midos according to this [natural] conduct. Natural conduct never changes. Miraculous conduct tramples natural laws; it is only temporary. It is proper that Hashem's actions not need to override His fixed conduct. A wise craftsman never needs to break his work and fix it; this shows a shortcoming in his work. If so, why does Hashem sometimes override nature? Really, His creation is proper to function forever; miracles are needed for man, who has choice and sometimes ruins the order via the choice that Hashem gave to him. Then, the Maker needs to fix, due to man's actions.
