What do the words "Asham Hu" come to teach us?

1.

Rashi: It teaches us that even after the owner dies, or after he received his atonement through another animal (if the first was lost, and subsequently found), 1 it remains an Asham until it is Nitak li'Re'iyah,(given to a shepherd to graze). In the event that it is slaughtered Stam, it cannot be brought as an Olah.

1

Riva and Moshav Zekenim: Even though now it is destined to graze until it gets a Mum, and its money will be used for Olas Kayitz Mizbe'ach.

2)

Why do we not Darshen "Asham Hu" in the same way as we Darrshen "Chatas Hu" ? to disqualifies a Chatas she'Lo Lishmah?

1.

Rashi: Because "Asham Hu" is written only after Haktaras ha'Emurim, whereas the Korban is Kasher even if they are not burned at all!

3)

Why does the Torah not insert the words 'Re'ach Nicho'ach' here and by all Ashamos and Chata'os?

1.

Refer to Vayikra, 5:12:2:1 and note.
