What is the meaning of "Nora Elokim mi'Mikdashecha"?

1.

Rashi: From destroying Your Mikdash, You are feared. If You were not partial to Your Mikdash, all the more so You will not partial to Resha'im.

2.

Rashi (from Zevachim 115b): We read this like mi'Mekudashecha. When Hashem does Din against Tzadikim, He is feared and praised. "Bi'Krovai Ekadesh" (Vayikra 10:3), "v'Nikdash bi'Chvodi" (Shemos 29:43) refer to the death of Nadav and Avihu.

3.

Radak: Fear will come to people from Your Mikdash, for the honor dwells there, and wonders came out to Yisrael when the honor dwelled amidst them; You are awesome due to them.

4.

Malbim: This addresses Yisrael. From your Mikdash, and from what you sanctify yourselves in front of Him, Elokim is awesome. I.e. via this He conducts miraculous conduct above nature, and all fear Him.

2)

Why does it say mi'Mikdashecha with a Yud (plural)?

1.

Radak #1: The Mikdash below is opposite the Mikdash above, i.e. Kisei ha'Kavod. This is why this place was chosen!

2.

Radak #2: There were three houses that comprised the Mikdash - the Ulam, Heichal and Dvir (Kodesh ha'Kodoshim).

3)

Why does it say that He gives Oz to Yisrael, and Sa'atzumos la'Am?

1.

Radak: La'Am (with a Kamatz under the Lamed) is the known nation - Yisrael, His nation.

2.

Malbim: Since He is Kel Yisrael, and has Hashgachah Pratis over them, He gives strength to the nation. It is because this conduct is due to their choice and deeds. They have the strength to rule in Shamayim and Aretz, and trample on (override) nature.

4)

Why does it say "Baruch Elokim"?

1.

Radak: We should bless Him for this (giving strength to Yisrael).

2.

Malbim: It is for His wonders and goodness.
