Why did he say "Mi Yovileni Ir Matzor"?
Rashi: Who will take me to besiege a city, or to conquer Batzrah, if You will not help me?!
Radak citing his father: Matzor is like Mivtzar 1 - "va'Tiven Tzor Matzor Lah" (Zecharyah 9:3).
Malbim: How did I conquer Batzrah, if You did not help me?! This shows that Hashem did not abandon them also at the beginning. He let the enemy conquer Shechem and Emek Sukos for Yisrael's benefit, so that Mo'av, Edom and Peleshes would fall to them.
Why didn't Radak support this from 108:11, which is the same as our verse, just it says "Mivtzar" in place of "Matzor"? (PF)
What is the meaning of "Mi Nachani Ad Edom"?
Rashi #1: Who will lead me over (to conquer) fortified cities of Edom [if not You]?!
Rashi #2: The fortified cities of Goyim that I now rested on [Radak - and conquered them, and now they are submissive under me, in Pelishtim, Mo'av and Aram, who did so, if not You?!]
Malbim: Who led me to Edom? Naturally, I could not get there; it was only via Hashem's help!
