What are the implications of "asher Yitav lach ... "?
Ramban and Targum Yonasan: It implies that Hashem commanded us to observe the Mitzvos for our own sakes - in order to do good to us and increase our numbers.
Seforno: 'You should serve Hashem out of love and goodwill in keeping with the perpetual wealth that Hashem grants you'.
What does the Torah mean when it writes "Eretz Zavas Chalav u'Devash"?
Rashi (in Bo): Refer to Sh'mos, 13:5:2:1.
Seforno: It is a metaphor meaning that if the people observe the Mitzvos, the land will sustain them without trouble - in order to be free to study Torah and to perform Mitzvos and to increase and multiply. 1
Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan #1 (in Bo): Refer to Sh'mos, 13:5:2:2.
Targum Yonasan #2: It means that the fruit of Eretz Yisrael is as 'fat' as milk and as sweet as honey.
What exactly, is "Eretz Zavas Chalav u'Devash" referring to?

Ramban #1 (citing the Ibn Ezra #1): It is referring to the word "Lerishtah" (in Pasuk 1).
Ramban #2 (citing the Ibn Ezra #2): It means that Hashem will do good to you and increase you in the land 1 that flows with milk and honey".
Ramban #3: ' ... in order to do good to you and because 2 Hashem the God of your fathers said that He would give you a land flowing with milk and honey'.
Ramban #4 3 : The Pasuk reads ' ... in order to good to you and to increase you immensely ... as Hashem the G-d of your fathers said about you that He would give you 4 a land 5 flowing with milk and honey. 6

Ramban: Because the word "Lema'an" (in Pasuk 2) carries over to this Pasuk as well, or because "Asher" and "Ka'asher" imply 'because' or 'in order' - See Ramban.
This is how the Ramban finally explains the Pasuk. Even though initially he seems to equate it with his previous explanation (Refer to 6:3:3:3), it appears to be an independent explanation.
