'Rashi' (13): Verse 13 says that he made a Kiyor three Amos tall, put it in the Azarah, stood on it and kneeled.

Why does it say only "va'Yifrosh Kapav"? Verse 13 says "va'Yifrosh Kapav ha'Shamaymah"?
