Why does the Torah write "Ya'aseh osah", and not Ya'asenah"?

Menachos, 51b: To teach us that the the heirs bring the Minchas Chavitin in one go, and not in halves, as the Kohen Gadol would have done.

Why does the Torah need to write "Chok Olam" by the Minchas Chavitin?

1.Torah Temimah: Because in Pasuk 13 it wrote "Zeh Minchas Ahaon u'Vanav", giving the impression that it applied only on this one time.

"Kalil Taktar". What are the connotations of "Kalil" in the current two Pesukim?

Rashi: It means that all of it is burned, without a Kemitzah being taken from it.

Menachos 51b: We learn via a Gezeirah Shavah from Kohen Hedyot - in Pasuk 16 - that it is subject to the La'av of "Lo Ye'achel". 1
